[ESP/ENG] Cómo hacerle mantenimiento a un fan cooler? / How to service a fan cooler?

Hoy les traigo un sencillo tutorial parea que ustedes mismos puedan hacerle mantenimiento a los fan cooler que tengan en casa, bien sea los que estén es sus pc´s o en otros equipos.

Entonces, manos a la obra apreciados Hivers...

Today I bring you a simple tutorial so that you can do your own maintenance to the fan coolers that you have at home, either those that are in your pc's or in other equipment.

So, let's get to work, dear Hivers...

Una vez que hemos desmontado el fan cooler del equipo donde estaba ensamblado, procederemos a realizarle una limpieza superficial con la ayuda de un cepillo de dientes viejo.
Realizado el paso anterior, procedemos a retirar la calcomanía que tiene en la parte central, para poder retirar luego el pequeño sello de goma, con la ayuda de una pinza delgada retiraremos el sello de goma, el cual lo protege del polvo y la humedad.

Once we have disassembled the fan cooler from the equipment where it was assembled, we will proceed to perform a superficial cleaning with the help of an old toothbrush.
After the previous step, we proceed to remove the sticker that has in the central part, in order to remove the small rubber seal, with the help of a thin tweezers we will remove the rubber seal, which protects it from dust and moisture.

Seguidamente, con la ayuda de la misma pinza delgada, procedemos a retirar la arandela de presión con mucho cuidado. Una vez hemos retirado la arandela de presión, procedemos a retirar el Oring, para liberar el eje de las aspas. Es importante no perder estas dos piezas, puesto que sin ellas luego no podríamos fijar el eje.

Next, with the help of the same thin tweezers, we proceed to remove the pressure washer very carefully. Once we have removed the pressure washer, we proceed to remove the Oring, to release the shaft of the blades. It is important not to lose these two pieces, since without them we would not be able to fix the shaft.

Cuándo hayamos retirado ambas piezas, podremos liberar el eje junto con las aspas para poder desarmar el fan cooler parcialmente. Con la ayuda del cepillo de dientes limpiaremos cuidadosamente de nuevo las aspas el interior de las aspas, el estator del fan cooler y el cuerpo del fan cooler, para retirar toda la suciedad posible. También es necesario limpiar cuidadosamente el eje de las aspas con la ayuda de un paño de algodón, esto lo haremos sujetándolo con el paño y dando unas cuántas vueltas hasta que ya no salga más suciedad del eje.

When we have removed both pieces, we can release the shaft together with the blades to be able to partially disassemble the fan cooler. With the help of a toothbrush we will carefully clean again the blades, the inside of the blades, the stator of the fan cooler and the body of the fan cooler, to remove as much dirt as possible. It is also necessary to carefully clean the shaft of the blades with the help of a cotton cloth, we will do this by holding it with the cloth and turning it a few times until no more dirt comes out of the shaft.

Cuándo todas las partes del fan cooler estén bien limpias procederemos a lubricar el eje de las aspas y el cojinete dentro del cual gira dicho eje, por ambos lados.

When all parts of the fan cooler are well cleaned proceed to lubricate the shaft of the blades and the bearing inside which the shaft rotates, on both sides.

Una vez realizado todos los pasos anteriores procederemos cuidadosamente y en secuencia inversa, a armar el fan cooler. Y es así como tendremos un fan cooler limpio, lubricado y funcional que nos durará muchísimo más tiempo.

Once all the above steps are done, we will proceed carefully and in reverse sequence, to assemble the fan cooler. And this is how we will have a clean, lubricated and functional fan cooler that will last much longer.
