Sports and health. Healing backache 🤒

I would like to share here some things I discovered withing the previous weeks.

Since I'm young I barely always had backaches. And I saw this during a différents moments.

When I was still at my parents house, I was most of time on my chair playing on my computer so it wasn't a lot of work for my back but it was still really killing me. It was a real problem in my life. I could not say on the ground for more than 10 minutes without having the end of my day ruined by a huge pain between my vertebrae.

That why, for a Christmas I asked my parents for a Gaming chair with a little cushion for my lumbar.

Thanks to that it was really better but I still have some pain issues when I stay too long standing, and when I say to long, I mean 30 minutes if I don't love and around 1 hour if I'm walking. And strangely, it was even longer if I had to lift weights.

So I saw my doctor some weeks ago and asked him if he knew what could be the problem, and it seem to be really easy.

My muscles were too weak.


Some days after I started to work as a warehouseman and was lifting a lot of heavy cardboards during hours. And when the first day was a really torture, the pain in my back started to be an old memory.

I started here for 6 nights and now, it is really way better than before.

When I have some backaches while washing my dishes for exemple, the pain is really smaller and when I stop it, it doesn't last long while it was really long before.

That's how I really understood that my doctor was totally right.

If I can find a job in what I'm looking for - video editing - I will no longer do back exercises so I'll need to do some at home because now I know that it's important !
