Kevin de bruyne has reportedly extended his contract with Manchester City which takes him through to 2025.

The Belgian joined city from German club Wolfsburg in August 2015 and he has picked up two premier league titles ,one Fa cup and Four league cups(carabao cup) and one community shield,and has scored 65 goals and provided 105 assists in his 255 matches for city.

Debruyne earned the 2020 player of the year for scoring 13 goals and providing 20 assists lasts season ,he won the playmaker of the year award meeting Thierry Henry's record of 20 assists in a single season,he was also awarded the EA sports player of the season.He was also given an award for been in the Ea sport Team of he year.

Debruyne is a great player,he gives nice passes,creates and also score astonishing goals,he is a vital player in Guardiola's team and also important to their chances of winning Four tittles this season (Fa cup,Carabao Cup,Premier League and Champions League).Guardiola was able to win all the six titles he partaked in 2009 while he was Barcelona's coach and so I have no doubt he can still do it again.

The Belgian demanded for an increase in wages as he signs a new contract will the club,and so his previous wage of 300,000 euros will increase to 400,000 euros per week making him the club's highest paid player and also one of the highest paid players in the premier league.

Debruyne has scored 5 goals and provided 11 assists in the premier league,and he his also a contender for the player with the most assists this season only lead by Harry Kane with 13 assists,he only needs 28 assists in all competitions and also 18 in Epl to overtake David Silva as the player with the most assists in City's history.
