Day 19 of the IPL 2021. Today's match was between Delhi Capitals [DC] v/s Royal Challengers Bangalore [RCB] played in Ahmedabad.

Today's match highlight was a sand storm just before the start of the second innings.

Match Statistics:

DC won the toss and elected to field

RCB scored 171/5 in 20 overs. The top scorer was AB de Villiers who hit 23 runs in the last over of the innings.

In reply, DC scored 170/4 in 20 overs. Needed 14 runs in last over, DC managed to score only 13 runs.
Hetmyer and Pant played well, but fell short by one run.

RCB won the match by 1 run.

Analysis

RCB is still heavily reliant on the main hitters, today AB de Villiers played well.
Middle order still needs stability, as some games the main hitters will fail as it happened in match against CSK
The bowling and fielding was good, other than few catch drops

DC openers fell early, but the middle order took the responsibility and almost won the match. Death bowling needs to be improved. Fielding was good.
