With all of Europe's Big 5 Leagues now through with the 1st half of this season, let us take a look at the Table Toppers for each league.

  1. ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE: MANCHESTER UNITED.
The red devils maintain their position as EPL's table leader after they came from a goal down to get a 2-1 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage. This is the 7th time they, Manchester United, will be coming from behind to get a win this season.
The red devils' position as league leaders with 40 points is however under great threat as they could be usurped by city rivals, Manchester City who are on 38 points, if the later win their outstanding game. It is still very much tight up there you may want to say.

  2. SPANISH LALIGA SATANDER: ATHLETICO MADRID.
The Rojiblancos continue to maintain their string grip on the LaLiga Satander tithe after they saw of Valencia in a routine 3-1 victory with ex-Barcelona once again being on the scoresheet.
Diego Simeone's men are on 44 points, 4 points clear of 2nd placed and city rivals Real Madrid who are on 40 points, with the former still having 2 games in hand.
No doubt about it, Athletico Madrid have been fantastic as long as the Laliga is concerned, with their loss to Real Madrid being the stain on their otherwise perfect season thus far. It will be great to see the red and whites win the LaLiga title this season, won't it?

  3. ITALIAN SERIE A: AC MILAN.
The Rossoneris kept their top position as league leaders for yet another week after city rivals, Inter Milan, failed to defeat Udinese after the former lost scandalously at home to Atlanta.
The Rossoneri remain on 43 points, 2 points above Inter Milan who are on 41 point. Hopefully, we will get a fight to the end, not to forget that defending chamoioms, Juventus also seem to be clawing their way back, which both Milan teams will definitely not be happy about.

  4. GERMAN BUNDESLIGA: BAYERN MUNICH.
Hmm, the Bavarians are beginning to run away with the Bundesliga title which as always been their usual routine as they sit in 1st place with 42 points after they defeated Schalke 04 by 4 nil, and 7 points above 2nd placed RasenBallsport Leipzig who are on 35 points.
Bayern Munich's further superior point difference was all thanks to the trio of RasenBallsport Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen, and Borussia Dortmund losing their respective games. Bayer Leverkusen have actually been the most dismal of these 3 teams as they have failed to secure a win since they incurred their first defeat of this season to Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich look on course to securing their 9th consecutive Bundesliga title.

  5. FRENCH LIGUE 1: PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN
Lille continue to give Paris Saint-Germain a run for the Ligue 1 trophy as both teams remain tied on equal points after they both secured precious wins in their last outing.
Although both teams are tied on equal points, 45, Paris Saint-Germain, sit in 1st place thanks to a superior goal difference.
Both sides will definitely be wary of Lyon who are closely behind them with 43 points after the latter saw of Saint Etienne in a 5 nil rput.

Here are our table leaders in Europe's Big 5 leagues for this week. Feel free to drop your opinions and comments, they will be greatly appreciated.
