Running Wednesday
Another Wednesday, another running training. Again a combination of running and exercises, but more running than last week. Specifically, we did an 800 meters run. I ran 2:16, not too bad in my opinion.

Yes. As part of my regular speed skating training I have been running for more than 10 years now. Recently I focused more on running as a sport itself too.
