Watford are back in England's top tier after a single year down in the Championship. The promotions have historically been difficult in the Premier League, which is why Watford have also brought in a number of players already. As many as six players have already joined the club and now numbers seven and eight can be added to the list.

The club have just announced that they have signed Dapo Mebude on a permanent deal at Rangers and the midfielder Peter Etebo at Stoke on a loan deal with a purchase option.

Mebude was last season loaned out to the Queen of the South in the second-best Scottish row. Here it turned into 12 matches and two goals. He also has 17 Scottish U-League caps, Etebo was last season loaned out to Galatasaray in Turkey. He played 27 matches for the club, The midfielder has also played 33 matches for the Nigerian national team.

The Watford team seem to be more prepared this time around with the number of decent signings. Hoping to see them play much better in the coming season

This is a nice report and a good news for the Nigerians. Now is the best time for the players to show their quality skills as many people around the world will be watching their match.

Igalo was once in the teamnand he perform very well before being purchase by Chinese team.

It has always been said that most Nigeria players play their football in low rated leagues in the world. This has affected the quality of players we have in the National team. The addition of Dapo and Etebo in English Premier League will no doubt bring quality to our National team, increase Watford fans as well. Good luck Etebo and Dapo, as I wish you silver wear at the end of the fourth coming season.
