Day 1119 | 11km Walk & Intermittent Fasting


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Another good day on Friday which I rate as a solid stable 7 just how I like it. I planned to make it into a full water fasting day but made a stop at the supermarket while doing a 2-hour+ walk to get some food for the coming days making it into an intermittent fasting day just eating once around 18:00. I didn't do any reps and plant to do more of them during the weekend especially on Sunday.
