Man City’s overturned by the Evertons
Last season was the best take home for the Cities’ wining the treble in style under Josep “Pep” Guardiola Sala which proved the Cities’ one of the best team in the world and also in the premier league. This season has been tricky for them as they have been clearly brushed aside by the Everton who have been nothing short of superb this season.
Regardless of Man City not living up to expectations this season, they still remain one of the best teams in the world and as far as they are still being managed by Josep “Pep” Guardiola Sala, they are still capable of pulling off implausible things.
Nonetheless, the season is a failure for them, so sad that a lot of high hopes was placed on them before the start of the season, since they cleared every trophy in England last season…a lot were expecting them to tearing the premier league apart, however, this turned out to be the reverse…as Everton was just too strong for Man City to battle with.
I think Man City might go all the way next season to reclaim back the premier league title. They will be highly motivated to outshine Everton…but here comes the sad news for their fans as they will not be playing in the Champions league if their UEFA ban stands regardless of what happens this season.
This is actually a direct attention on them focusing in the domestic actions, and this…automatically makes them huge favourites to winning if possible yet another treble next season.
