There is nothing more relaxing than watching nature and its insects closely.
Today I show you a beautiful butterfly that belongs to the same higher order (Danaus) as the Monarch butterfly ... I saw it flying in a bush in the city of Cumaná, Venezuela. And I set out to follow it to capture its splendid colors, which range from white spots all over its body to the strong black and orange colors of its wings.
By investigating a little and comparing, I can notice that her colors are a warning or alert to her predators as a strategy, a phenomenon called aposematism.
It is worth noting that it was complicated to get close to her in order to visualize her better and take the pictures. When they feel the presence of a predator, they fly away immediately.
I hope you like this magnificent insect that nature shows us to tell us that we are not the only living beings on this spaceship called planet Earth.

Mis queridos amigos de #hive!
No hay nada más relajante que observar con detenimiento la naturaleza y sus insectos.
Hoy les muestro a una hermosisima mariposa que pertenece al mismo orden superior (Danaus) de la mariposa Monarca ... La vi volando en un matorral en la ciudad de Cumaná, Venezuela. Y me dispuse a seguirla para lograr capturar en imágenes su esplendido colorido, que va desde los puntos blancos en todo se cuerpo hasta los colores negro y naranja bien fuertes en sus alas.
Al investigar un poco y cotejar, puede percatarme que sus colores son de aviso u alerta a sus depredadores como estrategia, fenómeno llamado aposematismo.
Vale resaltar que fue complicado acercarse para visilualizarla mejor y tomar las fotos. Ellas al sentir la presencia de algún depredador vuelan de inmediato.
Espero les guste este magnífico Insecto que la naturaleza nos muestra para decirnos que no somos los únicos seres vivos sobre esta nave espacial llamada planeta Tierra.
