Hi everyone's!!!

It is this butterfly that survives and is often seen in any particular area in a particular area. Meanwhile, other types of butterflies are very rarely seen in any trees that grow wild on any shore or shore of a lake or shore. Especially the coastal area of Pusong Lama Village, Lhokseumawe, Aceh, which used to live several wild animals along with the growth of wild plants.

Butterfly Raja or Bambang Kuneing, that is the name often referred to by local people who live on the coast of Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. This butterfly is a habitat that is often found on the edge of the Pusong Lama Village (the edge of a salt water reservoir). In general, these butterflies fly in groups and have a habit of perching on any growing plants on the edge of the reservoir and sometimes perching on wet soils. About 20 years ago or when I was a child, I often saw these butterflies in the hundreds flying and perching on the shore or to be precise behind the author's own house

But now I don't see this phenomenon anymore, maybe this is what is called a natural change or something that changes every time the world gets older. Likewise, when we (a group of nature lovers team) also observed this situation in the butterfly habitat location in the green village (experimental garden land) it didn't look the same, maybe they also moved locations due to natural changes that occurred. The day it is, the more it is different, the more changes in nature itself, the more changes in conditions, or this natural change is a result of the expansion of settlements in the area.

As mentioned in previous posts, at every beachside or where there are plants, it is very often seen other insect species that live side by side with this butterfly.

However, in recent months some butterflies of this type have been seen perched on the surface of the beach sand which is still wet with some wild plants that grow regularly along the rocks. However, even though he looks friendly with his surroundings, don't try to get close, because they are very sensitive to the presence of humans, this may be that they have just arrived in the area, let alone approaching him within 1 meter, our presence around that location makes them fly and away from our eyes, but even so I can take pictures within two meters and even then, of the many photos, only the light cart does not blur, only 6 photos.

In our rough count, they number around 20 and some butterflies have damaged their wings possibly due to exposure to the Southwest wind that is occurring in the coastal area of Pusong Lhokseumawe. This moment has also been seen when at the beginning of January 2020, their presence was from one of the small forests that was one kilometer across from the coast.

Their existence in the area has a certain reason if we describe it, of course, has a long explanation with very many considerations, but accurately their presence here specifically makes this location a host plant, it happens that every plant on the rocky bank of the river is experiencing a period of expansion.

It turned out that based on the results of the observations of these butterfly friends, it turned out that they were quite wide and they reached the coastal area to be used as a nest for the next development period. Very often they are seen perching on the sand on the beach which has wild plants that are undergoing expansion. Thus, it can be ascertained that, their habit of perching in wet places, of course, is related to their sucking behavior to obtain certain minerals that are owned by the coastal location.

Scientifically their presence makes us happy because butterflies can be said to be detecting a situation, because butterflies will always seek a location that is free from bad pollution. Is the pollution that is not good due to human hands or from changes in nature itself.

Their physical bodies look different today from years ago, the difference can be seen from their posture which has a rather large physique and a slightly different color.

Bambang Kuneing or this Raja Butterfly (as the local community calls it) is a species that often occurs along the coast in the Lhokseumawe City area of Aceh Indonesia.

That's the thing about these beautiful and elok butterflies, hopefully their presence today brings good luck to the people around that location. Hopefully useful and thank you very much.
