Today I share a leaf beetle named Cereal Leaf Beetle, this beetle usually consumes almost all cereal crops, but has a strong affinity for wheat, barley, and rye, and its favorite host is wheat. Alternatives are maize, sorghum, and sudangrass for adults, and wild wheat, quackgrass, timothy, walnut grass, reed walnut grass, annual and perennial ryegrass, foxtail, garden grass, wild rye, refined brome, and fescue for all ages.
