Paper Wasp (Vespidae)

Known as a paper wasp that usually seen in the bush or around the grass. It belongs to the family Vespidae, in the order Hymenoptera, included in vespid wasps whose job gathering fiber and plant stem to construct nests. I found it all alone on the wild plant, crawling harder to reach the top. That might be a great chance to capture this insect while being slow so I could get proper focus. Actually, I see some of them flying very often but I barely catch them, so when I spotted one of them was calm, I made a careful move. I indeed failed to catch it on the first try and I got to wait until it returned. After some minutes, it really came up and I started to make a few clicks. Here are some macro shots of paper wasp that I captured with a smartphone plus macro device.

Captured some amazing close up shots of the wasp, we have some around nasty fellows the small red ones, big black ones that don't appear to bother too much.

Great one settled long enough for you to get up close and personal @abduhawab

It's busy with flying and collecting the fiber for the nest. It's nice to have them around. Recently, I only found a few of them. Many thanks, @joanstewart for dropping by and rating my work.

Life is interesting to watch, seeing insects fascinating with some of our building using mud and others build wasp nests similar to what you describing in wood pulp, grasses and saliva.
