Headshots of Green Grasshopper

I found this grasshopper was hibernating on the wild plant, seemed to enjoy its afternoon time without bothering itself with hopping. Seeing it calm, I managed to come closer while aiming my macro lens toward its face. I planned to just capture the front look of this grasshopper in order to see the real face of this hopping creature. It straightly fascinated me by perceiving something like teeth that appear from its face, reminding me of the skeleton teeth. Grasshoppers belong to the suborder Caelifera, included in a group of chewing herbivorous insects, it's believed to date back to the early Triassic around 250 million years ago.
