REDFISH RALLY SUMMER EDITION: PERIOD 2 - Challenge No. 2: BOARD GAMES COMPETITION

Hello family,

For me, This second challenge was a bit complicated to achieve.

Here are my real favorite. I like patience games that require concentration.

To me, it's only when I meet my friends or their families that I dive back into this so-called family space through which the sharing of ideas, smiles, laughter, anger and rage take place in a single game.

This is what we call a board game. It simply reminds me of a part of my childhood. When we played, we forgot everything and what could happen next door for hours on end.

At home, I only have a simple card game and unfortunately no other board game. As the challenge recommends to take a picture of us playing the game, I asked some friends if they had any board games such as Uno, Jass, Connect 4, Monopoly...

Backgammon

Finally, @droida gave me the great pleasure to lend me his backgammon. Not very widespread in Switzerland, the game comes in a small suitcase.

It is beautiful, made of leather and suede inside, it comes from his father. He has owned it for 24 years.

This game was not unknown to me but it was a very long time ago and I have forgotten. I had played when I was a child had not become attached to it because I preferred the game of checkers.

However, thanks to the Rally, I had the opportunity to re-familiarize myself with this board game and to play it.

Backgammon is a tactical game played by two players using dices and checkers of two different colors. At first glance, it looks like draughts in the action of eating each other's checkers.

At the beginning the pieces are lined up like in the picure above and each player must roll the dice on his own right side. At the end of each move, the dices are put back into the cup.

What I find original is that we cross each other on the game board. What I also like about the game is that it is easy to learn and play.

You're never safe from a turn of events. Luck also allows people to win if they draw good numbers with the help of the dice.

As you can see, @droida and I are playing. And we won some games both.

What's great is that it's the first time we've played a game together despite that we know each other since years. Thanks to Hive! Since I wanted to get informed about the crypto, most of our last exchanges were about the blockchain, the BTC and Hive.
