There was an interesting stat bantered about on Netflix' WACO series; that there is 1 police officer for every 5000 citizens. Not sure how exact it is but it sounded like great odds to me.
The number of police officers is not really relevant when those tasks are turned over to robots and AI.
We already see robots "hired" as security and there are cameras everywhere snapping license plates of people who break traffic laws.

My only addition would be that Devs should start to consider a decentralized DNS System. Without a counter culture DNS then Condenser sites could be easily shut down.
Very true. We do need to gain some protection at that level. I believe there is lots being worked on regarding that. How soon until it is adopted across the web, that is anyone's guess.
