Before I even say anything else... I want to say that I hope you all had an amazing Tuesday! Mine was... well, stressful haha... good, but stressful. This new way of living sure does take up a lot of my time. I am not accustomed to playing teacher for a good two thirds of my day lol!!! There are aspects of it that I love, and then there are moments where I literally want to drive myself off a cliff! (I am sure @brittandjosie) and MANY other moms can relate lol.
I cannot remember the last time I even replied to a comment. MY track of the week post was three days late and in all honesty, I just DON'T have the energy to actually WRITE with the few hours that are left "for me"... so... I have taken to a slightly more rusty outlet... digital doodles on my my phone.
I did it once, then twice and to be frank, I am finding that it is a GREAT release for the psychological stress of the situation that we currently find ourselves in. Yeah, I know the scribbles I share are no great shakes, but I miss being here... I miss all of YOU and this one very BRIEF post, coupled with a bit of creative outlet is working well for me at the moment...
Therapy on the move lol!

For some reason this hit me with such a measure of emotion, I think the music had something to do with it, but also the awesome time-lapse of your art.
Anyway, I wrote a poem inspired by this video. I'm not sure if you'd be up for a collaboration but message me if ya do. We could 50/50 it with beneficiaries or something if you were up for it.
DM me discord and I'll be back to you within a day or two minimum. Really sick at the moment, but I keep flitting between moments of lucidity (like with the writing of that poem) and exhaustion.

Hey @raj808! So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have barely been online except to publish... this new lockdown lifestyle really has me busy! First of all, I just wanted to say that whilst I have not read it fully... I did catch wind of your most recent post on Twitter and briefly skimmed through it whilst having my tea in bed this morning.... I am SO sorry to hear that you caught this bloody virus :( and I truly hope that you kick it's arse soon!!!

Thank you @joanstewart :) Yes, a little more relaxed now as school is officially closed until the 20th April, so I get a little bit more time for me. Still all healthy this side (as far as we know lol). Hope you and yours are all safe and well too. Looks like there is a high possibility that we are in for an extension... :(
Really enjoyed the short clip, wish I had some of your skills.
It's funny that you mention the task of being a teacher, and how somedays you feel like driving off a cliff. Teachers are a special breed, as are the health care people that are on the front line during this scary time.
Certain occupations have come into the limelight of late and both teachers and health care workers are starting to get what has been long overdue, respect!
Now is the time to do what we can to support those putting our welfare before their own, namely health care workers.
After this crisis is under control, and life returns somewhat back to normal, then it will be time to remember what it took to teach our own children, and from there we need to support teachers however we can.
Most often they are instructing 20 to 30 kids at a time.
Stay safe my friend and keep on teaching, I've got a feeling you may be doing it a for little while longer.
The next time you put up a picture, I hope you're not bald.

Totally agreed on the teachers!!! I honestly don't know how they do it lol!!! And yes, they alongside the others mentioned were definitely lacking in the respect department!
...Yeah, we have not even reached our 21 days yet and there is already talk of an extension.... I don't think our lives will ever be the same after this actually.
I don't actually mind this new life test as much as others... I have long since contemplated home schooling Jude and now I have been thrown in the deep end haha!!!
