Coconut is very popular with many of us. Many things can be made with coconut. This is a very popular recipe. I learned it from my mom.You all know that since this quarantine we can't go out. So we are not getting these foods.I'll show you how to make it.

আমিও বাসায় থাকতে থাকতে বোর হয়ে যাচ্ছি। তাই নিজেকে ব্যস্ত রাখছি নানা কাজে। আজকে আমি আপনাদের জন্য একটি স্পেশাল রেসিপি নিয়ে এসেছি। খুব সহজ এবং খুব কম সময়েই এটি রেডি হয়ে যাবে।
নারিকেল আমাদের অনেকের কাছেই অনেক জনপ্রিয় । নারিকেল দিয়ে অনেক কিছুই বানানো যায় । এটি অনেক পপুলার একটি রেসিপি।
এবং খুব এ মজাদার। আমি এটা আমার মায়ের কাছে শিখেছি
। আপনারা সবাই জানেন যে যেহেতু এই কোয়ারেন্টাইন এ আমরা বাইরে যেতে পারতেছি না। তাই আমরা এই খাবার গুলো পাচ্ছি না।
আমি আপনাদের দেখাচ্ছি কিভাবে আপনারা এইটা বানাবেন।

What we need?

• Coconut
• Sugar 1 cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Cinnamon (1 or 2)

আমাদের যা লাগবে?

* নারিকেল
* চিনি ১ কাপ
* দুধ ১ কাপ
* দারুচিনি (১ / ২)

Method

First you have to heat the pan. When the pan is hot, add cinnamon and milk. After a while, pour the coconuts and keep stirring. Then you have to give sugar. And keep moving. After a while, cover with a lid. Then open the lid again and wait until it turns red. A little redness really means that the cooking is done. Then remove the coconuts from the pan and serve.

পদ্ধতি

প্রথমে কড়াইটি গরম করতে হবে। কড়াই গরম হয়ে গেলে দারুচিনি এবং দুধ ঢেলে দিতে হবে। কিছুক্ষণ পর নারিকেল গুলো ঢেলে দিয়ে নাড়তে থাকতে হবে। তারপর চিনি দিতে হবে। এবং নাড়তে থাকতে হবে। কিছুক্ষণ পর ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে দিতে হবে । তারপর আবার ঢাকনা খুলে লাল ভাব না আসা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। একটু লালচে ভাব আসলেই বুঝতে হবে যে রান্না হয়ে গেছে। তারপর নারিকেল গুলো কড়াই থেকে নামিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
