In this video I talk about:

  • The Airport you need to book your flight for ( Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.
  • The distance from the Airport to Negril ( 80.8KM ) About 1hr 36 mins
  • Transportation from Montego Bay to Negril, Jamaica, using a Taxi ( $100-$400 one way ), Shared private Bus ($50-$70 one way) sometimes less but you get what you pay for. Public Bus( $5-$20 ) not always on time and very crowded.
  • Renting a car, $21-$70 a day depending on the model and type. Available near the airport or check on Discover Cars or Classique Car Rentals

Yeah the fastest way would be by taxi. For those not seasoned in traveling to Jamaica, the room packages are best, shuttle service to and from the airport and all events.
