My fiance and I needed a bit of a getaway, So we took a few days off work and went to Antelope Island.

My fiance was sweet and carried my bag for me! It had water and sandwiches!

It's a place we've wanted to go back to for a while. But Haven't made the time for it.
I picked one of the hardest trails I could find. We packed a large cooler up and spent a bunch of hours there.

It's a pretty far drive, so we had to make it worth it!
We sadly didn't see as many bison as we did the first time we went. But we got up and close with one because it was on trial.

Part of the trail was through a cool cave. And we got a gorgeous view of the whole island.
I struggled on this hike and thought about turning back, but I didn't want to miss out, so I forced myself to keep going.

There were so many pretty wildflowers!

If you are ever on antelope island, I highly recommend this trial.

It goes over so many peaks on the island and gives you a fantastic 360-degree view.
