After doing some kettle bell workout, I felt good andgot motivated to eat healthier!

We happen to have a lot if frozen mahi-mahi in the freezer, my partner bought 4 packages and each slices are already boneless skinless and packed individually, also quick to defrost.

Although we have a lot of canned tuna in water, I think eating out the can is still healthier and if we have chance to get them fresh, the better.

After reading some different articles about this virus, it's pretty scary how this virus attacks the respiratory system. According to some articles it's best to take care of health, watch what we eat and exercise daily.

What I think is something to add to this is to prevent getting stress. Stress is unhealthy for you.

Today, I was 99% stressfree free after my workout, so I fed my body something it deserves.

I cooked the fish in butter and lemon, which was simple yet very tasty! ThenI made some veggies in the other pan to go with the fish, sautéed onions, red peppers, and broccoli. What a yummy meal and a happy tummy! 🤗

That food looks delicious and is very healthy. I love white and filleted fish, so you don't have to deal with the bones and they're usually juicy.

I'm glad you're more relaxed, it's the best thing these days. We have to thank God because we are healthy and our needs are met.

A big hug.

Looks delicious, you always set up your plates so nice like you are in a restaurant but eating at home. 🙂

Always with the magic touch! I really wouldn't mind a plate.

Well done, my friend.

Stay safe.
