As a result of which the body's constricted body moves upward along the path of the spinal cord. It is known as Uddyamanbondho mudra .

Our legs have to stand one to one and a half feet apart.We'll put our hands on our knees.I will lower the head, chest, and neck at the front.This way I will slowly exhale.We will breathe in such a way that our stomach becomes completely empty.Immediately after the exhalation, I will draw the slopes and abdomen into the spine, stopping breathing..Pay attention in such a way that the back of the stomach is almost like a leg.
I will practice as long as I can hold my breath.We will practice this yoga on an empty stomach. We will practice this yoga two times . Morning and afternoon.
