When we will practice this yoga , our body will become to look like peacock.

Process ...

Sit on your knees.Then one arm from the knee to the other hand will be attached to the wrists..
Place both elbows on the navel and lift the ligaments upward.Lift the head evenly with the navel.

Benefits ...

This yoga removes us our laziness . It protects our rheum disease .It helps us our nerves and muscles . It increase us more strength on leg and hand . It removes us leg and hand pain or arthritis . This yoga removes us from constipation disease . Infact it is very comfortable yoga for students .
