RE: The Influenza Virus Is Running Rampant in My Home State and Beyond

I must disagree here. Flu shots are highly inefficient due to the viruses rapid mutation. So there's only side effects and the Doc's bill left. My approach is to truly build a working immune system by nutrition. Washing hands might be an approach, but since it unlikely will "protect" one from bakteria or viruses it's not going to help anyone. Actually soap and specially alcohol destroy the natural hands patina and by an exeeced amount of usage it will actually help the grow of pathological bakteria. Which could lead to whole other problems.
But I might be wrong and opinions do differentiates.
