Matthew 7:26-27

The foolish man builds his house upon the sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.

The word tells me:

As a believer in Jesus, I must be faithful to his commands and be attentive to the reading of the Word, praying, reading and meditating on the Holy Scriptures which give me the spiritual sustenance for a solid rock construction in Christ.

My prayer today is for the Church that the Lord continue to illuminate his path and be a beacon of light and love so that with solid foundations they carry the Lord's message of salvation to humanity.

Amen.
