Gods Unchained | Two weeks in

It has been about two weeks now since I have discovered the new (I don't really know if it is so new actually) online blockchain game Gods Unchained. After a couple of initial test same in the solo version against the AI bot I got into the weekend tournament and I must say..I like it!

In all of these new card games it really takes a while before you get to know the features of the cards and how to play them best. Apart from that you have 6 different decks to choose from per play, and then it is also a matter of finding out which works best with the cards that you have at that moment. For me playing the nature deck and the war deck are the most convenient (or understandable) to play, because of the cards that I have. Next to that finding out your favourite God power is something that takes time. Not every God power is super usefull I find, and sometimes also damn expensive in manna.

What I was also noticing is that there are a lot of players which concede their game super fast when they see that they can't win. Annoying but I get it. You still your points from playing which helps your deck and level grow. As I understood this is being adressed, because it is just a matter of time before bots take over in this.

Seeing the difference with Gods Unchained and #splinterlands there are big differences. In SL you know what kind of opponent you have, and you can choose your cards wiesly on this. In GU the opponent is random and anonymous and also the cards that you draw has a factor of luck in there. Both games have their own charmes in there, if you ask me.

I have been building on my card deck and I now own 118 core cards, which allows me to play every deck in a decent kind of way. I haven't looked into the option of buying cards as yet, which is most likely a good investment...but not for me for now.

Also the graphics have changed over the weekend which make the game flashier, but make my computer suffer even more on it, sometimes even erasing the whole background on there. Less is more would not be a bad thing ;)

All in all...The game is cool, try it!
