RE: Global Blacklist API now supports Plenty of Phish blacklist

The Jaguar Force blacklist is the main blacklist for the hispanic community and we have been working tirelessly for over a year, with hundreds of plagiarism cases reported and in depth special antiabuse operations. We would like our blacklist to be included in the global blacklist.
