Film Review: Mr. Nobody (2009)
As I continued the film series about Parallel Universes, I saw Mr Nobody on the watchlists. It is more of an emotional-romance oriented parallel universe film than a Sci-Fi.
The course of the events starts with a doctor's hypnotizing the main charecter Nemo, a 118-year-old man, who is the last mortal on Earth in 2092.
At age 9, at a railway station, the first choice for Nemo is to live with the divorced dad or mum.
Later on, the film drifts from one parallel universe to another one. The main part of the film consists of Nemo's marriage with three childhood loves in different universes and then comparative lives. If you don't watch this part carefully and miss the transitions, the movie may seem too complicated or boring.
In the film, the butterfly effect is described with good examples. In my opinion, emotionality and romance come to the fore after at one point.
In short, we all make a choice in life and give up the others. I wonder if we chose those others, what would we experience? We see this in the film..
Wow. I so much love this. Feeling like to sketch the old man. Beautiful weekend to you
