Okra soup is a seed gotten from okra plant, the okra plant is always green, and slippery in nature, some eat it raw, , while in my own part of Africa we use it for soup, whether mixed or with stew. It is served with staple food such as wheat meal,Okro is rich in vitamin. Today I will be showing us how this soup is being prepared

When the protein is properly cooked you remove the fish from the stock, we don't want it scattering in the soup, after which you add your Locust beans and fresh pepper to the stock, after a few seconds you add your grated okro IMG_20200907_174217_351.jpg

then bring to boil for 7-10minutes, then you add your palm oil to the boiling okro,Then bring into it the fish allow to steam for another 5mins for the fish to blend into the soup.taste to make sure that the taste is right, your okro is ready to be servedIMG_20200907_174738_293.jpg

I love me some okra, but the mackerel ruined it for me @emaginationnz ha ha.
Good stuff Okra. I fry it, stew it alone or chop it into my favorite soups and stews.
