Yeah sounds like the support sucks, but what's wrong with keeping all the achievements and stuff they did for you?
Regardless, maybe it's how long things have passed, but it seems like they could at least roll back some of the stuff, or at least help you figure out how to do it yourself. Best of luck getting everything set back up the way it should if you decide to spend the time.

Well, that would basically be like having someone else play the games I buy for me. I mean, I've paid for these games. I don't want x-amount of things to be finished or accomplished by someone else.
Yeah, I don't know. This felt weird. I thought it would be pretty easy to do some roll back, but I guess not.
