Final Fantasy VII Remake Has Been Datamined. Leaks Everywhere!

Just the other day the Demo of Final Fantasy VII Remake was uploaded to Sony's Playstation Store. The fans (me included) rejoiced that we will be getting a Demo for the game.

The Demo was confirmed by leakers to be sized at 10GB but it was encrypted so people who managed downloaded it couldn't play it. That was until someone managed decrypt the file and uploaded the opening then the whole Demo gameplay to Youtube.

They confirmed that the Demo is 30 minutes long and has both Classic Mode and Easy/Normal difficulties.

The problem didn't stop there... One after another new leaks for characters, locations and scenes arrived one after another. Yesterday the whole game ending was data-mined and uploaded to Youtube. That's crazy!

I for one, would like to play the game with fresh eyes so I want to avoid as much as I can of these leaks. I even thought of avoiding the official trailers because the trailers of Kingdom Hearts III spoiled so much of the game and I don't want a similar experience.

There's also the discussions on Social media about what has been leaked, and these dicussions come with spoiler images, so I'm thinking of avoiding the social media and the news about Final Fantasy VII Remake for a while.

I feel sorry for Square Enix that this has happened.
