In this ever evolving world, things are always changing, even with bills. We have most of our bills set up on automatic payment, and really don't check on them that much, until I get a email saying I am being turned off for none payment. So I look into it, and it is always funny when the problem is on their end, and they don't care. For example one of the companies just merged with another company, and they decided to O change my email that they sent me information. Didn't bother to even look back, but it is my fault that they have sent me my info for 15 years to this one account, and that they lost that info was on me. I wasn't even notified by them someone at work let me know, because the same thing happened to them. Crazy times, but it life, no accountability.
