The Procession to Embed New Membership in Our Unit [Culture-Tradition]

As I have explained,recently our team has inaugurated 17 scouting training participants in our Unit. As such, we now have additional scouting members to play roles and carry out scouting education in this unit. We have carried out the ceremony some time ago. We also explained the methods of the ceremony beforehand. Basically, the implementation of the inauguration activities has strong philosophical and fundamental values towards the values and norms of scouting education itself. The ceremony is conducted in the context of the inauguration of a candidate to become a member of the Scout Movement, in accordance with applicable regulations. The ceremony is performed in the context of appointing certain position holders in units.

In addition to acting as one of the scouting education units to create an educated, virtuous generation of young people, we also want real implementation that can build interaction between scouting members and the community. Thus there will be an effort that is an increasing and sustainable educational process, one of which is a ceremonial activity to practice discipline, obedience, tolerance, responsibility, national awareness, and devotion to God Almighty.

Now more than 30 members of scouting in our unit have been pinned membership sign, thus they have become registered members in this scouting education unit. Members of the scouting education followed the observatory activities with full spirit. The membership sign given by the Chairperson of the Board of Racana and the customary leader. The embed activities began with a marching parade and say a promise to uphold the values and norms of scouting education.

"A good thought comes from experiences in the past, and those experiences are created from actions of error". That's how we usually say it.

The oath of promise is spoken by simultaneously by all Members, initially someone is appointed to read the oath of promise, then the reading is followed by all members. This activity is also carried out with a procession of flower water baths. The implementation of the baths is one of the customary activities in our unit. His philosophy is formed from an understanding to cleanse himself from all acts of wrath, purify the mind, and build personalities that can be useful for the community around them.

This sign embed is done as a form of appreciation to them for having passed the entire series of training activities. This form of appreciation is expected so that scouting members can become identities that have guidelines and are able to devote themselves to the community. In addition this effort was also made to foster a spirit of scouting, creating an atmosphere of brotherhood and mutual respect.

The mark of appreciation is a proof that scouting education always appreciates the loyalty, activeness, services, work performance and devotion that has been donated by members to this scouting education unit. We are certainly proud to have members who have been loyal, active and diligent in participating in education and training activities in this unit. Through this activity it is hoped that it can increase the intensity and quality of scouting education as a vehicle for nation character building for the younger generation.
