Adventure Wandering at Night

Scouting training and education in the open/outdoor are always carried out in challenging and interesting ways. Each activity to be carried out will be adjusted to the physical and psychological development of the trainees. Thus, each activity to be carried out greatly prioritizes the health of the students.

Activities carried out in the open/outdoor are of course not free from risks. Like other adventure activities, the risk in the field can be from a mild level of risk to a risk that can lead to death. To avoid risk in the field we need to re-examine the conditions of the trainees before continuing the next activity.

The trainees returned to the data and asked about their health. Participants will be given instructions from the supervisor/organizing committee to prepare all the needs that will be taken for tonight's activities. This evening activity will also be held in the open air/wild nature . Training participants will odyssey again at night.

Nighttime odyssey is certainly very different and has a high risk compared to odyssey which is usually done in the morning or afternoon. The activities carried out in the open air are as a means of learning to train cooperation, discipline and improve physical fitness. This is done as an effort to achieve the goals of scouting education itself.

We will carry out odyssey activities at night as a follow-up activity in training the physical and mental learners. There are around 20 camping participants who will take part in this odyssey. We will discuss many things tonight before participants are released to carry out the mission given by the committee.

The organizing committee has coordinated and controlled management in the field to reduce risk. Because the conditions at night are dark, we will give students to use flashlights and other tools that can be used as light sources. The journey odyssey tonight will pass several routes and terrain obstacles. We will place the committee in each post that will be passed by students.

We strive to make odyssey activities at night as one of the lessons for training leadership, sharpening courage and solving obstacles given by the form of cooperation between teams. So that in the end a personal, independent, courageous, unyielding, and not dependent on others will be formed personally.

Wandering/odyssey activities at night are carried out in places far from the crowds and dark. Students will be released from the first post to carry out their mission that has been given by the organizing committee. They must arrive at the last post in the specified travel time. The use of lighting equipment such as flashlights can only be used in emergency situations.

In the implementation of this odyssey full of challenges is carried out with a high level of focus and precision. Participants and organizers may not be careless in carrying out their respective duties. Therefore it is very important to apply cooperation and a sense of responsibility towards each other's duties.
