Vegan Jalapeno Poppers

Of course as I made these for the girls family I hear about their meat and cheese options. Like I know how everyone else makes this, but here is some flavor without the death.

  • Its so easy. Just de-Seed your Jalapenos and fill with Hummus.
  • For the Topping I soak Raw Cashews for 4 hours in almond milk and then puree the whole together.
  • Bake for about 45minutes at 375
  • For sweet sauce I just take a 1/4 cup rice vinegar and blackberries and heat up. Then mash together. So easy
  • Prep like 10 minutes.

Ooh nice! I've made a version of vegan poppers before, but it's been quite a while now. I think my boyfriend would really like these!
