Rice Broccoli Tofu Bowl

A nice and beautiful fruit and vegetable Monday all together.
What's delicious to eat today?
Simple and easy, not too hip and trendy, that might be a deterrent to being a vegan, especially for people who are just about to change their diet. It doesn't always have to be the fancy chia pudding or the hip quinoa salad, being vegan can be super easy too.

ingredients:

  • Rice
    Washing and cooking

  • Broccoli
    First cook, then fry in olive oil with salt and garlic, pepper

  • Tofu
    Roast in olive oil with a little crunchy and soy sauce

  • vegan bolognaise sauce

  • peanut butter cream with Goji berries

Taça de Tofu de Brócolos de Arroz

Uma boa e bela segunda feira de frutas e legumes todos juntos.
O que há de delicioso para comer hoje?
Simples e fácil, não muito moderno e na moda, que pode ser um impedimento para ser vegan, especialmente para pessoas que estão prestes a mudar a sua dieta. Não tem de ser sempre o pudim de chia ou a salada de quinoa hip, ser vegan também pode ser super fácil.

ingredientes:

  • Arroz
    Lavagem e cozedura

  • Brócolos
    Primeiro cozinhar, depois fritar em azeite com sal e alho, pimenta

  • Tofu
    Assado em azeite de oliva com um pouco de molho de soja e crocante

  • molho de bolonhesa vegan

  • creme de manteiga de amendoim com bagas de Goji

Reis Brokkoli Tofu Bowl

Einen schönen Früchte und Gemüse Montag alle miteinander.
Was gibt es denn leckeres zu Essen?
Einfach und leicht am besten, nicht zu hip, das schreckt eventuell vor dem vegan sein ab, grad die Personen, welche grad erst ihre Ernährung ändern wollen. Es muss nicht immer der Chia Pudding oder der Quinoa Salat sein, vegan sein kann auch super einfach gehen.

Zutaten:

  • Reis
    Waschen und kochen

  • Brokkoli
    Zuerst kochen, dann in Olivenöl mit Salz und Knoblauch, Pfeffer anbraten

  • Tofu
    In Olivenöl anbraten with dieser etwas crunchy wird und mit Soja Sauce ablöschen

  • vegane Bolognese sauce

  • peanut butter creme
