Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and now you are ready to present your delicious creations. I have made couple of new recipes as well, which one one them are JACKFRUIT FAJITAS with Black Bean Spread, Salsa & Cashew Sour Cream. It turned our absolutely delicious.

Howdy Janton! I am so sorry!!! I am thinking of you all the time, I am planing to come for visit, but it is true, I am extremely busy. If you remember, I am traveling to Slovakia in April, so I am trying to create as many new recipes as possible, before I go. I am not sure whether I will be making new ones there. But please visit my new blog, once in a while, if only for few seconds, because it helps me to grow, so I get Google ads eventually. Thank you so much for thinking of me 😊
