Howdy Miss Lena! oh man, those are beautiful indeed, they look mouth-watering. I can almost smell them from here! lol. I could eat a ton of those. That spelt flour is a wonderful super flour isn't it? I haven't used any yet but I need to get some and make super pancakes or something!

If you can use spelt like regular flour then I think it's a great investment in your health. I don't believe in torches.
Oh yes! Of course Janton! Ancient grains in general are all good for you and most of them are even gluten free. Altough Spelt is not, but If you don't have gluten intolerance, spelt is a superfood.
About that torch, oh well, I can't tell that to my friend's who pass it on to me. Now I have to find someone else.
I'm sure anyone else on here would be thrilled to get the torch, I'm just an oddball! That's great about the spelt, I wonder if Walmart has it?

And I never bought spelt in Walmart, although they should have it. But if they don't you can order it from Amazon. Just make sure it's whole grain spelt.
Ok about the Spelt, is that where you get it, Amazon? Good about the next torch victim too. lol.
