How to make a Mango Jelly
Greetings friends of Steemit, as the mango season has begun here in Venezuela, today I present a small tutorial on how to make a mango jelly. Before starting for those who don't know the mango:

It contains beta-carotene that fights asthma, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's and arthritis.
How to make a Mango Jelly
We are going to use Bocao mango for this recipe.
- Green mangoes are washed
- 24 mangoes are placed in the pot in a pot of water for one hour until they soften.
- Pulp is extracted from the fruit.
- The whole pulp is mixed and then 1 kg of sugar is placed
- It is placed again in the kitchen and it is necessary to beat so that it does not burn, it is lowered of the fire and it is passed to a container, we let cool and to taste a rich nutritious jelly of mango.
Ingredients:
24 green mangoes (Bocao)
1 kg of sugar
