How to make a Mango Jelly

Greetings friends of Steemit, as the mango season has begun here in Venezuela, today I present a small tutorial on how to make a mango jelly. Before starting for those who don't know the mango:

Mango:

It is considered the king of tropical fruit due to its exquisite flavor, its pulp is yellow when ripe, it is very popular in Venezuela thanks to the tropical climate that our country presents. This fruit contains a large amount of water and nutritional properties such as carbohydrates, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, E, A, B1, B2, and B6. There is a variety of mango such as: Hilacha, Bocao, Graft, Manga and Tommy.

Benefits of Mango for Health:

Influences glycemic control
It allows to generate red blood cells
Prevents cardiovascular and cancer diseases
Lowers blood cholesterol
It benefits digestion
It contains beta-carotene that fights asthma, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's and arthritis.

How to make a Mango Jelly

We are going to use Bocao mango for this recipe.

  1. Green mangoes are washed
  2. 24 mangoes are placed in the pot in a pot of water for one hour until they soften.

  1. Pulp is extracted from the fruit.

  1. The whole pulp is mixed and then 1 kg of sugar is placed

  1. It is placed again in the kitchen and it is necessary to beat so that it does not burn, it is lowered of the fire and it is passed to a container, we let cool and to taste a rich nutritious jelly of mango.

Ingredients:

24 green mangoes (Bocao)
1 kg of sugar
