"Angst bringt uns als Eltern sowieso nichts. So kommen wir nicht weiter."

Nein, mit Angst kommen wir nicht weiter.
Und dennoch macht es uns Eltern eine Menge Angst, wenn unsere Kinder hier in unserem Land das Bedürfnis haben, sich frei und selbstbestimmt zu bilden - und entscheiden, nicht mehr in die Institution Schule gehen zu wollen.

Viele Eltern haben - berechtigter Weise - so große Angst, dass sie sogar unser Land verlassen.
Viele wandern aus. Leben versteckt. Undercover.
Viele leben in der Angst, entdeckt zu werden.

Muss das wirklich noch so sein? In unserem freien Land? Zu dieser Zeit? Heute - im Jahre 2019?

Wir wünschen uns, dass unsere Grundrechte auch für unsere jungen Menschen gelten, allen voran das Recht auf freie Entfaltung der Persönlichkeit - und dass sie sich auch endlich hier bei uns in Deutschland frei und selbstbestimmt bilden dürfen!

Und neben den ZURECHT zahlreich genannten Rechtsnormen, gibt es auch noch StGB 221 und 241a. Das sind "Aussetzung" und "Politische Verdächtigung", die unter Strafe gestellt sind. Regierungsnahe Mitmenschen dürfen sich hier allerdings leider einiges erlauben und werden bislang SCHLIMMSTENFALLS versetzt - wenn überhaupt.

Dies eröffnet die gesamte CPS-Problematik, in die ich hier nun nicht (auch noch) eintauchen will. Siehe #familyprotection

No, we can't get any further with fear.
And yet we parents are frightened a lot when here in our country our children want to educate themselves freely and self-determined - and decide they don't want to go to school anymore.

Many parents have - justifiably - so much fear that they even leave our country.
Many emigrate. They live hidden. Undercover.
Many live in fear of being discovered.

Does it really still have to be like this? In our free country? At this time? Today - in 2019?

We hope that our fundamental rights also apply to our young people, first and foremost the right to free development of their personality - and that they will eventually be able to develop freely and self-determinedly here in Germany!

And besides the numerous legal norms mentioned FOR GOOD REASON, there are also StGB 221 and 241a. These are " exposure " and " political suspicion ", which are made subject to punishment. Unfortunately, however, people close to the government may allow themselves a few things here against family peace and are so far only transferred IF AT ALL in the event of scandals.
