My Entry for Day 787: 5 Minute Freewrite: Monday - Prompt: only what we could carry

It was dark and terrifying, we didn't k ow where we would go but we knew we couldn't stay here. We had a small amount of food, a shotgun, pistol, medicine, and water. We only could bring what we could carry. We hid behind a burned-out police cruiser. The streets were not safe to travel, but we had no choice. We would die if we did not find the others.
