Today I found a post with the most p's in it from @whatisnew. The prompt was picker so she wrote about Peter Piper and his pickled peppers. This was a cute read so take a five minute break and go read it a couple of times, because I sure had to. Have a great day!

I found two fun freewrites for the prompt: cold front. First up is @myjob who explains how a cold front ruins fishing but what she wrote about how her husband could possibly be the reason for global warming is what made me laugh.

Next up is @flemingfarm whose wife literally has a cold front. The conversation between the warm bodied husband and the ice queen is a fun read and one that many can relate to.

Finding Freewrites got harder

recently, now that we have to pick a hive to post in, and resteem our own posts to get them to show up on our blog.

You may have noticed the sudden drop in Friday Favorites nominations.

Finding @owasco's freewrites, or anyone else's, is complicated by the hives. E.g.,

Thank you @carolkean! And thank you for putting these together every week, I know that must be a lot of work. And good on @mariannewest placing all the freewrites in one place every day, which also must be a lot of work.
I'm with you on these communities. There are some good things about them, such as more easily being able to find the posts of others who write for a certain community, or finding content of a specific type. But I am always torn about which community to post to! I used to fret about which tags to use, now I also fret something awful about which community! I always feel like I have betrayed one community if I post to another. So now I am posting EVEN MORE just so that I can hit them all every week at least once. I need to be spending more time on steem like I need a hole in my head. Enough said about that.
But back to me - thank you!!!!

LOL - I need to be spending more time on steem like I need a hole in my head - me too. Just when I'm getting into a rhythm, feeling familiar with the new tech I'm finally using wihtout daily disasters, MORE NEW TECH, more hoops, obstacles, loopholes and challenging conditions, descend upon me like a plague of locusts.
