Personally, I really like to do this Sasha Raven's Spider Exercise :-D I invented this spider exercise by myself. I practise it before playing guitar. Well, I'm not entirely 100% sure that this is my invention, that it won't be a mistake. I wrote it for you in a Guitar Pro 5 program
