Today is November 28 and this is my actifit report card for today .
I usually go for a morning jogging before the start of the day to maintain the fitness activity routine in the long run of daily life.
Jogging and walking is a good way to burn more calories in the whole day calories burnt by us play an importent role in the inn

Anything but a murloc.
That's the thought that just went through my 43 year old mind.All the screams, pouring into the void. It's really hard to balance out the laughter of children, pesky little selfish buggers. I guess that's only if life is a zero sum game... but there always seems to be an opposite lurking around a corner.
