How different countries react against Corona Lockdown Tyranny

As the Corona Tyranny has descended on the world it is interesting how the fight back for freedom has progressed and been reacted to by governments.

In Germany, with supposedly the strongest legal protections of civil rights, lawyers are arrested and abused for pointing out the Government’s lawlessness.

The German Government has clearly learned nothing from its dark history.

In the US, where the right to bear arms is enshrined in the Constitution, an armed populace rises up against Government tyranny.

This could end in civil war - also not a good thing.

In Israel, with a true people's army and a population with a reputation for opposing authoritarianism and treating rules as guidelines, there was:

  • very harsh rhetoric of lockdowns;
  • less strict actual laws of lockdown;
  • lenient or non-existent enforcement of lockdown;
  • the Israeli People treated these rules like they treat Judaism's rules (everything from ultra-strict compliance to complete disregard).

The President, PM and many senior politicians failed to comply with their own pronouncements to have the traditional Passover meal only with people living in the same household.

It looks like the Israel government has listened to the people and the sound of the Treasury emptying rapidly and will be rapidly removing lockdowns and re-starting the economy.

The case of the German lawyer is not properly settled yet. She just had a short public appearance with no proper interview. She actually pretty much enjoyed the limelight.

But nonetheless civil liberties are at stack in Germany, no question about it.

So the story is true?
She, a German Lawyer, was arrested and thrown into a psychiatric institution after publicly protesting the lockdown as a breach of the German Constitution?

  • Beate Bahner made a case in front of the highest German court (Bundesverfassungsgericht), which was rejected
  • she then organized a demonstration. Public gatherings are limited in Germany right now
  • She rejected her lawyers licence but apparently wants it back again
  • She was detained for a day in psychiatric institution in Heidelberg
  • In the end of the video above she actually says she was confused (Minute 9:50), so she makes no claims from this side towards the police by herself.

so far, German constitution has not been altered.
