Fried Egg On Noodles / 雞蛋在麵條上

Lately, I discovered that frying an egg on top of noodles or rice tastes super delicious.

I used to fry the eggs and fry them into the noodles but they eggs get lost inside the noodles.

So now I fry an egg first and put that aside.

After I fry the noodles, I then put the fried egg on top.

If you like sunny side up, then the whole thing looks spectacular.

But I like the whole egg fried. It doesn't look as nice but it tastes delicious.

So if you want to spice up your cooking, fry an egg on the side and put on top.
