Ingredients


  • 55 g butter;
  • 200 g + 1 tablespoon of fat sour cream;
  • 100-130 g + 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 120 g + 1 tablespoon of flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 1 egg
  • vanilla sugar or vanillin - to taste;
  • 200 g lingonberries.

Cooking



Mix melted butter, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add 120 g of sifted flour and baking powder and knead the dough.

Hands distribute it in shape, making small sides. Put the mold in the freezer while preparing the filling.

Beat the remaining sour cream, sugar, flour, as well as the egg and vanilla. Put the berries on a chilled dough and pour in the sour cream mixture. Cook the pie for 30–35 minutes at 180 ° C.
