When it comes to cooking, I made sure it to be spicy. Afterall Indian dishes is quite popular about spicy content on it. So does my cooking recipe too.

Last few days, I was trying my hand in cooking and that too in veg recipe. As I was looking after my Dad, I also have to cook food for us. So in line I made Puri, and Mattar Paneer. The Paneer is very spicy as the looks says. I made a thick gravy of Onion along with Indian spices. Surprisingly it came out very
tasty.

I belive, Indians do like to have more spicy, and that is somthing that they get in their gene.spmething which keep carrying on from one generation to another. My Dad was a spicy lover and so I got the same taste of him. Using onion would make the gravy more thicker and tastier.

This is a typical Indian platter, that contains, few Puri, Chapati and the spicy Veg recipe. Paneer being the common and easy to cook so I relishes it always.

My schedule is very busy nowadays to note down the recipe procedure, however as the life is coming back on track , I will make sure to give a detailed steps on my next cooking treat.
