Our dinner today
Today we made these items for our dinner. Since we are only two in our family we often make our own food apart from what is allocated for us in our hostel. It often turns out that the food from hostel has a constant menu which is Chapati plus Potato!
In our part of our country (south india), these items hardly have any space as we generally prefer Dosa, Idly and Sambar to Chapati. Needless to say we are tired of savoring food that we don't that much Keen to.
Since we don't have a mixer grinder with us, it is unachievable for us to make things resembling food from South India . However, we never fail to put our hands on trying new dishes whenever we feel like.
Today we cooked beetroot and tomato curry to eat with rice and chapatis.
