I tried keto cake for the first time!

I am not trying to loss weight just so you know! I just love food, doesn't matter if it's keto, vegan, low carb, high in fats, high in saturated fats, I don't care, if taste good, I'll eat!

Today, I happened to pass this little food stall at mall, it has with few seatings and I got intrigued with their menus!

They sell different kinds of cakes, vegan, vegan gluten free, sugar free, and keto.

I chose the keto cake because I haven't it before and I thought maybe it's worth paying for?

Guess how much I paid for one slice of keto cake and get an upvote on one of your blogs!

The first thing I noticed on the cake was the texture, it's not creamy at all not like regular cake, this because the type of flour they use.

I asked the sales lady what's the ingredients of they use for the keto cake and she said it's just chocolate cake. She she said it's flour-less cake. Hmmm...

I don't think she is knowledgeable of the product she's selling. There has to be flour in it, because of the texture otherwise it'll just be a chocolate ganache not a cake.

The flavor though, was better than I thought. It was a bit bitter from the dark chocolate and had a little sweetness to it which I think I liked.

Will I go back next time? Hmmm.. Maybe, there's not a lot of places that sells it but I will have to ask the sales lady to make sure she knows what keto is.

If I have to buy a keto cake, I'd prefer to know the base ingredients they use, because otherwise if it's not real keto might as well buy a regular cake.
